Privacy policy
Plain language: what this site collects, why, and where each app’s own policy lives.
Who we are
Revenly is a one-person software studio. This policy covers this website, revenly-ai.xyz, and Revenly CRM. Each of the studio’s other apps has its own privacy policy, linked below. Questions about any of it: hello@revenly-ai.xyz.
This website
If you subscribe. The subscribe form sends your email address to a Google Apps Script, which adds it, with the date, to a Google Sheet only the studio can open. It is used for one thing: emailing you when an app ships or is cancelled. To unsubscribe, reply to any email or write to hello@revenly-ai.xyz, and your address is deleted.
Analytics. The site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used — which pages are visited, clicks and scrolling, and the type of device and browser. Clarity loads only after you first interact with a page — a click, tap, key press or turn of the scroll wheel — so a visit where you only read loads nothing from it. Once loaded, it sets cookies, including cookies on Microsoft’s own domains, and Microsoft processes the data under its privacy statement.
Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser, to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse.
There are no accounts on this site, no advertising cookies, and nothing is sold to anyone.
Each app’s own policy
Apps collect different things for different reasons, so each one publishes its own policy, written for what that app actually does.

Revenly CRM
What it collects. Your name, work email, company and phone number when you join the pilot or contact us. When you connect Gmail, Google Calendar or WhatsApp Business, Revenly CRM processes the conversations and events in the sources you explicitly enable, solely to detect deal signals and build your pipeline and relationship graph. You choose which accounts and chats are visible, and you can disconnect at any time — access ends immediately.
How it’s used. Connected conversations are processed to generate pipeline suggestions, relationship health signals and warm-path recommendations, shown only to you and teammates in your workspace.
What it never does. It never sells your data, never shares your conversations with other customers, never trains models to leak one customer’s information to another, and never reads inboxes or chats you haven’t connected.
Storage and security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to what’s required to run the service, and connected data is deleted when you delete your account or disconnect a source.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely — write to hello@revenly-ai.xyz. Deletion requests are acted on within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to your data protection authority; in the UK, that’s the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. The terms cover how the site and Revenly CRM may be used.
