1What these terms cover

These terms cover this website, revenly-ai.xyz, its newsletter, and the Revenly CRM pilot. Each of the studio’s other apps has its own terms, written for what that app does:

2This website

The site and its notes are provided for information. Notes are opinion, written at a point in time; nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice. The words, design and code of the site belong to Revenly unless stated otherwise.

3The newsletter

The newsletter is free. It goes out when an app ships or is cancelled, and you can leave it at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@revenly-ai.xyz. See the privacy policy for how your address is kept.

4Revenly CRM

The service. Revenly CRM reads the communication sources you connect, such as Gmail, suggests pipeline updates with their sources attached, and maps your professional network. It is offered as a private pilot, and free of charge during the pilot.

Your account. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Connect only accounts and chats you have the right to connect; if you connect a shared or company inbox, you confirm you’re authorised to do so.

Your data stays yours. You own your conversations, contacts and pipeline. They are processed only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your pipeline and delete your account at any time.

Suggestions, not advice. Revenly CRM suggests changes based on signals in your conversations. You review and approve every change, and business decisions made on top of your pipeline remain yours. Not every signal will be caught, and not every suggestion will be right.

Pilot realities. During the pilot the product changes quickly: features may be added, changed or removed, and there may be occasional downtime. You’ll get clear notice before any pricing is introduced.

Acceptable use. Don’t use Revenly CRM to break the law, to process data you have no right to process, to spam, or to try to reach other customers’ data. Accounts that do can be suspended.

5Liability

The site and the Revenly CRM pilot are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Revenly isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
